Blurring the boundaries between creativity, communication and activation, Machas's mission is to give shape to your vision and to inspire people.
To celebrate the much-anticipated arrival of the Valentino Black Tie collection in stores, Maison Valentino hosted a two-day celebration in Berlin to unveil the iconic pieces to their selected clientele.
Machas and Exhibita Studio collaborated to introduce the renowned fashion illustrator, Anja Karboul, whose presence infused the event with a touch of artistry and elegance.
Anja’s artistic talent, known for her ability to capture personality and style with finesse, shone through as she skillfully crafted exquisite watercolour portraits of attendees donning the garments from Valentino’s new collection.
“My approach to live illustration is very intuitive,” says Anja. “I try to capture the essence of a person in the shortest possible time by letting posture, clothing and expression have an effect on me, in order to then reproduce this overall image in form and colour with as few brush strokes as possible.”
Anja’s refined silhouettes and vibrant colours elegantly portrayed the unique features of each guest and the meticulous tailoring of the collection, lending a distinct touch to the event while reflecting the brand’s commitment to style, creativity, and individuality.
