Spiros Halaris might be one of the brightest rising stars in the fashion illustration industry but his talent cannot be so easily pigeonholed to just one subject.
After his first escapade into the advertising territory with the nation-wide campaign for energy supplier ENI ( the 50th anniversary celebration of pivotal figure Enrico Mattei), Spiros is back with his second ad campaign, this time with Australian coffee giant Vittoria Coffee.
Vittoria Coffee got in touch soon after seeing online one of Spiros’ personal projects: the work depicted a study on an Aesop hand cream packaging, squeezed and hand drawn to very last detail - and that’s where the idea sparked. Vittoria Coffee thought this concept would be perfect to portray their new organic blend.
After taking a photo of the pack to be used as reference, Spiros produced thee roughs where the packaging was seen from different angles. The client decided which one was best for the purpose and Spiros proceeded rather swiftly to the final image, adding watercolors splashes, the logo and an handwritten email address.
All our friends down-under look out for Spiros’ artwork!
